Create an API key (scopes: messages:send, templates:read) in your WhatsApp dashboard and paste it on Connection.
Get your templates approved (order confirmation, shipped, abandoned cart…).
On Messages, switch each one on, choose its template and map the variables. Use Send test.

For abandoned-checkout templates with a URL button, set the button URL to https://YOUR-STORE.myshopify.com/{{1}} and tick "URL button".

Messages only go out while your website subscription is active.

Shopify handles customer login codes and password resets itself, so OTP and forgot-password messages are not available on Shopify.
